Walking is part of being a PetScrub Pro, not a separate job. You collect the dog from its home, take it for a proper walk, give it a full wash at your machine, and bring it back. It's switched on for you from day one, and you can pause it any time from your dashboard.

Paid on top of your hourly rate and wash commission. Your pay shows as pending the moment you accept, and is confirmed as soon as you mark the dog returned home.

Every available Pro is emailed the job at the same moment with a calendar invite attached. Tap Accept to claim it — if someone else takes it first, the entry clears itself from your calendar.

You won't forget it

Once the job is yours, your calendar reminds you an hour before and again five minutes before. Tap the address in the reminder for directions straight to the door.

Independent Contractor Agreement

By signing up, I acknowledge and agree that I am joining PetScrub as an independent contractor, not an employee of PetScrub or Kimos Corp. I understand and accept the following:

(1) Assumption of Risk: Working with animals involves inherent risks, including but not limited to dog bites, scratches, and other injuries. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

(2) Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge PetScrub, Kimos Corp, their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, losses, or liability arising from any injury, illness, or medical condition I sustain while performing services, including injuries caused by animals.

(3) No Legal Action: I agree not to bring any legal action or lawsuit against PetScrub or Kimos Corp related to any injury or medical issue I experience in connection with my services as a PetScrub Pro.

(4) Independent Contractor Status: I am solely responsible for my own taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws. PetScrub does not provide workers' compensation, health insurance, or other employee benefits.

(5) Transportation, Walking & Off-Premises Services: If I accept a Walk & Scrub or any other off-premises job, the pet is in my sole care and control from the moment I collect it until I return it. I am solely responsible for everything that happens in that period — collection, transportation, walking, handling, washing, supervision and return. Any incident, injury, illness, escape, loss, theft, death, property damage or vehicle accident involving the pet, myself, or any third party during that period is my sole responsibility and not that of PetScrub or Kimos Corp.

(6) Liability Insurance (Required): I represent that I currently carry, and will maintain for as long as I accept jobs, my own general and professional liability insurance appropriate to handling and transporting animals. If I transport a pet in a vehicle, I further represent that I hold a valid driver's licence and valid auto insurance. I will provide proof of coverage on request, and I understand my account may be suspended if I cannot.

(7) Direct Agreement with the Customer: Each job I accept is a direct agreement between me and that customer. PetScrub connects us and processes the payment; it is not a party to that agreement and is not the provider of the service. Complaints, disputes or claims about my service are mine to resolve directly with the customer, and I will hold PetScrub and Kimos Corp harmless from them.

(8) Sharing My Details: I consent to PetScrub sharing my name and contact details with a customer when I accept their job, and I understand the service will be identified to that customer as being provided by me, by name, as an independent contractor.
